June through September 2025
Hike and Heal:
Wander with your parts
Discover and learn about your parts within while connecting with the external landscape.
What is Hike and Heal?
Hike and Heal is a playful and engaging group opportunity to connect with nature and learn about Parts Work. One Saturday of every month, we will meet to explore a different trail as we weave in education about Parts Work and how to “get to know your parts.” Parts Work is a way to deepen self-awareness through recognition of the multiplicity of the mind or sub-personalities, and has been studied for decades in myriad modalities.
For this specific adventure, we will use Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Inspired and Nature-based Mandala Parts Work Models to share opportunities for introspection and self-connection. As Dick Schwartz says, “we’re all multiples.” We all have many different parts within us that have specific needs, wants, fears, gifts, and wisdom.
